I'm feeling so amazing on this reset.  Have to share...

One of the most spectacular results in just 10 days is my increasing capacity to feel love.  In all ways.  Energetically I feel softer, sweeter, more loving, gentle. But not in the way that I'm a fragile butterfly and going to be bulldozed over.  It's a grounding feeling, centered, connected. 

The greatest result so far is how much deeper my love for my 4 year old daughter has grown.  I had no idea it could go any deeper but when I look at her now I feel this deeper space of love between us and we are both laughing so much more together. 

I'm not sure if that was there before and the reset has me able to finally feel the depths of it or how this all works but the value this has for my life is beyond anything I imagined receiving from the reset.

One week, one video, off of meds and coffee...and more energy than ever!

Thank you for everything!  Here are few changes I have noticed so far:

1. No Ibuprofen (for neck, head, back and overall pain) in 9 days.  I have been taking 6-8 per day for many, many years for pain all over.  I did have headaches the first 2.5 days because of detoxing and withdrawal from coffee.  I just hung in there.  And have been pain free since then.
2. No Nexium in 9 days.  No heartburn or nausea (only when I ate grapes).
3. No coffee in 9 days.  Well, I didn't think I could live without coffee to wake me up and keep me going, but I now have so much energy and my mind is clear.
4. And of course, the biggest miracle is no more symptoms of Lymphocytic Colitis which was completely debilitating 9 days ago.

I still have other medications I will withdraw from slowly during this process.  This program has saved my life.  My husband is so thrilled to see me feeling so good and overcoming a terrible condition.
