- Eat FRUIT BY ITSELF or blended in a smoothie FIRST THING on an empty stomach or 2-3 hours after a meal.
- Eat melons alone or NOT AT ALL.

- Oxygen becomes unstable in an highly acidic, dehydrated, stagnant environment. Fruits are the most powerful cleansers of the bowel and contain the highest levels of bioavailable Hydrogen and Oxygen (STRUCTURED WATER!) of all living foods.
- Everyone has some dead cells floating around in between their digestive organs. These dead cells can mutate into CANCER CELLS only if the lymphatic system is congested, toxic, and NOT eliminating cellular wastes (and acids) effectively.

Mixing fruit with protein or fat will create FERMENTATION... yeast and fungus feed on fermented sugars like those found in bread and alcohol. Fruit does not feed pathogenic organisms... fruits help to heal and cleanse infection by changing the environment in the body to a more alkaline state.
